You can update this information in your paypal account. Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
2. Click Money from top links.
3. Click Add a Card link.
4. On this page you can Add/Edit/Remove your card.
5. To Add a card, simply click "Add a Card" button and follow the instructions.
