You can create a new "links" page in your website, in which you can add the reciprocal links.
Please follow these steps:
1. Login to your control panel and click on "Manage Free Website"
2. Now click on "Manage website Pages".
3. From this page you can enable a "Links" page and add your links in this page using insert / edit link button in your page editor tool bar. (Attach picture will illustrate the steps needed to insert a link)
